Compliance

License verification, across every state registry.

Fifty states, fifty registries, fifty layouts, and no two of them export the same way. Verification is therefore manual, which means it happens at onboarding and then never again.

Why verification doesn't scale

  • Every state registry is its own website with its own search.
  • A license verified at hire is unverified by renewal season.
  • Registries block automated traffic, so scripts break.
  • Per-state scripts mean fifty things to maintain.

How Browza verifies at scale

No script per state

The agent reads each registry's own search form and results, so a new state is a new task rather than a new integration.

It identifies itself

Browza signs its requests with Web Bot Auth — cryptographic proof of which agent is visiting — so registries that welcome accountable automation can recognise it rather than guess.

Re-verified on renewal cycles

A schedule re-checks the whole roster monthly, so an expired or disciplined licence surfaces on its own.

Evidence you can show an auditor

Each verification keeps the registry page it read, so the record is the source, not a transcription of it.

What you'd actually say

No scripts, no selectors, no configuration screens — you describe the outcome and watch it happen.

“For each clinician in this list, look up their licence in their state's nursing registry and tell me the licence number, status, expiry date, and any disciplinary action.”
Point it at a roster in the file drawer; it returns one row per person.

Questions people ask

Does it cover all fifty states?

There is no per-state integration to cover, so the answer is bounded by whether a registry is publicly searchable rather than by what we have built. Registries that require an account work too — you sign in once via takeover.

What about registries that block bots?

Browza declares itself rather than hiding: requests carry a cryptographically signed agent identity, and Browza has applied to Cloudflare's verified-bot programme. Where a site still refuses automated traffic, the run says so plainly instead of trying to force its way in.

Which credentials can it verify?

Anything held in a searchable registry — nursing and medical licences, real estate and broker licences, CPA registrations, and trade licences like plumbing, cosmetology, and automotive.

What will you hand over?

Start with one task. Watch it run, take the wheel whenever you want, and keep the ones that earn their place.
