Data entry, into systems with no API.
There is always one system that everything has to go into and nothing can talk to. Usually it is old, essential, and typed into by hand.
- No credit card required
- Free plan to start
Why the typing survives
- The system predates APIs and won't be replaced.
- RPA tools break the moment a field moves.
- Errors are found downstream, weeks later.
- It is nobody's job and everybody's afternoon.
How Browza enters it
It reads the form
Fields are found by what they are, not by pixel position, so a moved field is not a failure.
From a file you already have
Point it at a spreadsheet in the drawer and it works down the rows.
Confirm the risky ones
Set it to ask before submitting, or let it run unattended once you trust the flow.
A record per row
Each entry has its own timeline and screenshot, so a downstream error can be traced to the moment it was typed.
What you'd actually say
No scripts, no selectors, no configuration screens — you describe the outcome and watch it happen.
“Take each row in this spreadsheet and create a matching record in our internal portal, then tell me which rows failed and why.”
Questions people ask
How is this different from RPA?
RPA replays fixed coordinates and selectors and breaks when the screen changes. Browza reads the page each time, so ordinary UI changes don't require re-recording.
Can it handle validation errors?
Yes — it reads the error the form shows, and either corrects and retries or reports the row as failed with the reason.
Can we run it unattended?
Once you trust a flow, yes — autonomous mode plus a schedule. Until then, confirm mode keeps a person in the loop.

What will you hand over?
Start with one task. Watch it run, take the wheel whenever you want, and keep the ones that earn their place.
